Most people have a sleepless night once in a while but for some people, sleeplessness is habitual and they walk around half asleep, groggy or just miserable. Without enough sleep we feel lousy, function poorly and can’t enjoy what life has to offer. There are several things that can be done to help insomniacs get back into the habit of sleeping well.

on 1/2/2009 If you are still having trouble sleeping many people use specially designed cd's to help them fall asleep and stay asleep. One type is called SleepTracks and you can look at it here:
